**We are recruiting a team of experienced and engaging people for our next phase of our business adventure.**

**We are Pinnacle Suites Hotel, Event Centre ans Retail Shops in the centre of Cowes.**

We are destination attraction incorporting high quality rooms and suites, Cabaret Lounge, The Bird Bar, BarBossa's Galley and Rum Bar, Speciality Retail, Cafe and Restaurant facilities in one exquisite location with a Wellness Hub under development.

**Now seeking talented EXPERIENCED people in these areas**:
**Housekeeping Professional** : Demonstrated high quality hotel establishment experience. We offer our guests a highly appointed accommodation experience and deliver the highest standard of room presentation.

**Senior Retail Associate**:An important multi-skilled senior position in a customer facing proactive role. Our speciality retail experience is transforming to incorporate our Pinnacle Hotel reception as an integrated guest and shopping destination. Our retail shops consist of The Gin Joint, Isle of Wight Gifts and general gift lines.

**Cocktail**Bar Specialist**: Demonstrated years of experience and engaging presence. Working hours are upto 47.5hrs a week over a mixture of straight and split shifts, including weekends and up to 5 evenings per week. If you are energetic, have a positive personality and are passionate about cocktails and being entertaining behind the bar, we would love you to join our like-minded team.

**Recent expansion now incorporates BarBossa's Galley and Rum Bar**

This position's focus is to proactively engage with shoppers and visitors to help with their purchase decisions.

The position requires you to be flexible regarding days and hours availability within a 7 day per week trading environment.
- Attend to customers promptly and attentively.
- Reliably attend work in accord with the designated rota plan.
- Provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience to customers.
- Maintain high standards in a clean and welcoming environment
- Be able to work unsupervised

- Desirable:_
- Flexibility. Working upto.38-40hours Monday to Sunday. Able to work different shifts (weekends, morning and/or evening) and able to assist with longer hours if needed.
