**Start Date**:Monday 7th July 2025

**Hours**:Minimum of 16 Hours per week

We are looking for an additional member of staff to join the team in our Farm Shop. The shop is based on the outskirts of Coningsby and has been established for over 46 years. Our business has been nominated for Lincolnshire Life Magazine’s Taste of Excellence Awards Best Farm or Local Shop of the Year category for the past 5 years, of which we were a finalist in 2023. It has a busy local trade selling locally grown fruit, vegetables, meats, cakes, preserves etc.

There are a variety of duties to be undertaken including:

- Stock rotation/control
- Will need to be physically fit as lifting weights of up to 25kg will be involved ie. collecting and lifting bags of potatoes from suppliers and delivering to customers.
- Collecting products from suppliers and delivering orders to customers using the company vehicle, so a clean driving licence is a must
- Managing phone calls
- Ordering stock using the internal ordering system and supplier’s websites
- To be able to use a forklift truck (licence and experience desirable but not essential as a training course will be available)
- Serving customers on the till, so good customer service skills, ability to promote products and experience using a till are essential
- Maintaining the shop

Applicants must be a minimum of 23 years old due to insurance conditions as the applicant will be using the company vehicle for deliveries and collections.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
