**Job Title**: Administrator
**Location**: Stockton-On-Tees, UK
**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an Administrator to join our amazing team at BePro You will form part of the office team, taking responsibility for all aspects of administrative support for BePro, ensuring services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.

This is a busy and varied role which requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work to tight deadlines on your own initiative and have the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Setting up accounts on learner platforms, as well as awarding body registrations and supporting the external verification process.
- Liaising with the delivery team and compiling reports where necessary.
- Experience in an office based administration role, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of awarding bodies/apprenticeships desirable but not essential.
- L2 Maths & English qualifications.
