We have some amazing opportunities for school leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport to join our company as an apprentice at our Brackley site. You would be working with some of the best production operatives in the business and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills.

This is a great way to start your career in the industry as well as gaining a qualification. The course is Engineering Operative Level 2.

You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. One day between Monday and Friday, you will be required to attend college during term time. The duration of all of our apprenticeships are 2 years. The apprenticeships that we offer are:

- Production Operative.
- Laminating.
- Trim.
- CNC.
- Inspection.

In this role we require individuals who can:

- Have a passion for Formula One and Motorsport.
- Can follow verbal and written instructions.
- Can work well within a team and independently.
- Will always work to the best of their ability.
- Good timekeeping.
- Good at practical working.

Successful completion of your apprenticeship can lead to fulltime employment within the company.
