I am currently working with a long standing client who is seeking a an additional PA to assist with the Financial Advisors daily administration, diary management and General PA duties. Some of the role duties are as follows, but not limited - Sending out Birthday cards - Christmas cards/diaries/gift lists and labels - Adding completed Due Diligence forms to the system (Curo) - Pulling Curo reports and correcting any errors / providing missing data - Scanning the files to enable the business to work towards a paperless environment. - Sending "new client letters" - Providing phone cover for Reception when required - Checking files for Minimum Standards, identifying gaps and either obtaining the missing information or collating it for the PA’s to request. - Completing and/or requesting the information to complete various client specific forms - Setting up new LOA tasks and sending letters - ID&V checks and making sure this is up to date before business is submitted to ensure no delays. - For this role you will need some level of experience working within Financial Services - High degree of attention to detail - Extremely well organised and can work to strict timescales - Background in Financial services administration desirable - Proficient in MS Office. - A client-oriented attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving aptitude - Ability to work well with a team
