Capital Outsourcing Group specialise in recruiting within the Telecommunications Industry and has been providing engineering resources for over 10 years. Working alongside multiple industry recognised Clients, we are currently looking for the **very best talent**. We are currently recruiting for **Fibre Quality Auditors/Surveyors** **Job purpose**: - Develop a standardised method of quality auditing and reporting to identify shortcomings across all installation types. - Work with CE Managers, Supervisors and Trainers to implement corrective action plans that address non-compliances as it relates to our standards, and procedures. - Work with peers’ groups to develop and implement new methods of installations, as well as develop existing procedures. - Regularly conduct on site audits of completed works, systematically recording the results/findings. **What you’ll be doing**: - Improve the effectiveness of our installation team by systematically identifying non-compliances, - Support the CE at implementing corrective action plans for non-compliances - Increase engineers awareness to the standards of installation, reinforcing the training they will have been provided **The experience we’re looking for you to bring**: - Proven experience of the role or similar role within telecoms installation environment is preferable - Able to communicate with people across multiple locations and at different levels - Able to identify and work with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business - Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and being PC literate - MS Word, Excel, Visio **Why join us**: - You get to work with some of the best technology in the market - Be part of an exciting scale up business where you can bring your ideas, bring your knowledge, we value your contribution - We all love time off whether that’s going on an exotic holiday or a staycation, you’ll get 25 days holiday to enjoy, increasing by 1 day for each year of service up to 28 days - Birthday leave, our treat to you - Keen cyclist, join our cycle to work scheme - Flexible WFH policy - PAYE Salary - Enjoy the perks of Vitality health - You get to work with an amazing bunch of people Alternatively, please click **"Apply"** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £32,500.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Referral programme - Sick pay Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability
