EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 - Permanent

32.5 hours per week Term time Only, Grade e Point 11-16 £27,269 Pro Rata

The Governors, Staff and children of St. Mary’s C.E. Primary School wish to appoint an exceptional teaching assistant to support high quality teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to start on 24th February 2025.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is able to enthuse and inspire children
- Has the ability to promote high expectations of children’s behaviour
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents
- Encourages parents in their role as educators

Previous experience of and a passion for working in the EYFS is essential.

This role will include 30 minutes lunch time supervision cover per day.

Interviews will be held on 22nd January 2025.

Further details about the interview process will be sent out if you are successful at the shortlisting stage. The process will include working with a small group of children and a formal interview with the Governing Body.
