An exciting opportunity has arisen within the college for a Law Lecturer to teach on the Level 3 Access to Law (part of Agored’s Access to Humanities & Social Science Diplomas), Foundation Degree in Criminal Justice and additionally A level Law.
With an up to date knowledge of Law, in particular the Psychological and Sociological side to crime, you will be a qualified in a related degree or equivalent and hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
You will develop and employ a variety of learning strategies, including the use of ILT, to ensure excellence in teaching and learning and the achievement of course targets for retention and attainment. Committed to continuous improvement, you will contribute to curriculum development and assist with the planning and marketing of courses. A clear and confident communicator, you will have the ability to motivate and inspire students.
You will have strong time management and organisational skills to work under pressure. Flexibility is essential to work on a range of promotional and educational extra curricular activities which will require working some unsociable hours.
**Salary**: £21,506 - £42,326 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
