We have a unique opportunity for someone to join us as a Car Park Attendant to support our car park site operations in Birmingham.

Working hours will be between 24-30 hours per week on a rota basis. This will include weekday, evening and weekend working.

During seasonal periods, bank holidays and events, additional hours will be made available to provide more support for the car parks and our customers as required.

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure the safety, security and service of RCP’s car park, customers and property.
- To patrol our car park and ensure clear access.
- To be responsible for cleaning, litter picking, vegetation management, surface repairs and maintenance of allocated areas.
- To carry out relevant basic maintenance of Company equipment.
- To check all entry tickets/permits are valid and issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles deemed to have parked in contravention.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with parking inquiries.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Manage the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the car park efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer services, addressing any customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and standards of the parking facility.

**Requirements**:

- SIA licence is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
