**The Kind of Person We're Looking For**:

- You have experience supporting children with additional needs (or a strong desire to learn)
- You’re patient, positive and great at reading the room
- You enjoy creative play, and helping children explore the world around them
- You’re confident leading a group and connecting with parents/carers
- You believe every child deserves to shine - in their own way, and at their own pace

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading fun, inclusive sessions built around imaginative play, teamwork and routine
- Supporting social interaction, communication and independence in a safe setting
- Using games, movement and storytelling to encourage participation
- Helping parents/carers feel supported, involved and proud
- Celebrating small wins that make a BIG difference
- Helping every child to **Play, Learn, Shine** - in their own beautiful way.
