The Housing Property Services Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Asbestos Repairs Co-Ordinator/Surveyor (P402 Qualified as a minimum) with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the Compliance Team based at Fleming Road Depot, Corby, responsible for delivering the repair and maintenance service for the council's 8,000+ properties.
What will you be doing?
Undertaking asbestos surveys and creating site plans within domestic properties.
Preparing asbestos reports under the direction of the Asbestos Repairs Officer.
Providing asbestos technical support for NNC tradesmen and contractors.
Promoting good standards of customer care and quality of performance.
About you
We are looking for qualified (P402) and experienced repairs and maintenance co-ordinator (Asbestos Surveyor)
This is a prodominantly site based role and duties will include carrying out, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys. Technical guidance along with other duties associated with asbestos works in domestic properties and blocks across the North Northamptonshire area.
