**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional personal care and dedicated support to our valued clients.
- Implement personalized care plans and thorough risk assessments to meet each client’s specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for seamless care and efficient communication.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our esteemed healthcare professionals.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Experience as a paid carer or HCA for a minimum of 6 months
- Commitment to a minimum of 24 hours of work per week, reflecting your passion for making a difference.
- Access to your own vehicle and a full Driving License.
