**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- We are an online mail order company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for pulling wool legths for Tapestry kits and packing items according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, concientious.
- Duties:

- We are looking for an assembly assistant to work within our busy warehouse department on apart time basis with varying hours dependent on workload. However, the run up to Christmas is extremely busy, so could be up to 40 hours per week.
- Duties will mainly compose of the make-up of crafting kits and packing of items for customer orders ready for despatch.
- Occasionally you will be required to carry out other duties and general warehouse jobs.
- Ideally you will have previously worked within a small warehouse and have experience of packing however this is not essential and full training will be given.
- You must be highly accurate, numerate and be able to pay attention to detail following instructions carefully.
- You must be hard working, reliable and conscientious and have a willingness to be flexible in carrying out other duties when required.Previous experience is desirable but not essential.Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as neededNote: This is zero hours contract position. Our working hours are 8:00 to 4:30, and you will have flexibility to work within these hours for the required periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Keen eye for detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
