(No previous experience of the Marine industry needed, we can train you on all you need to know). A.R.M really is unlike any other workplace, offering you the chance to work within an award-winning environment, alongside some of the industries best. **About the role**: - Within your role, you will be required to _ - Source CVs - Write and distribute job advertisements - Build your own social media network - Coordinate calls/interviews - Assist in CV/cover note writing We will provide you with bespoke, on-the-job training with our in-house learning and development team, as well as introducing you to programmes you may or may not already be familiar with, including job board postings, LinkedIn, and Teams.
