**Client Support Team Leader - Manchester (JLL Contract)**

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Client Support Team Leader** to join our team in **Manchester**, supporting our prestigious **JLL client contract**. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate a team of client support coordinators
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests and service orders
- Maintain strong relationships with JLL stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a client support or service delivery role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Knowledge of property services or FM contracts is a plus
