Plas Isaf Care Home are looking to recruit a full time administrator for our care home in Rhos on Sea.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to help run a 32 bed residential care home (with 30+ staff). The right person will be part of the management team and will provide support across the organisation. You will primarily be responsible for:
- preparing Home wage records;
- maintaining staff records (including sickness and holidays);
- petty cash;
- resident personal allowance records;
- dealing with cash purchases.

Administration experience, including understanding bank reconciliations, is required. Good Excel and Word skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines. You will also assist in dealing with staff issues and provide guidance to staff on a variety of issues. You will work with residents and their families on a daily basis, and be their point of contact for financial and contractual issues.

The contract is for 30 hours a week which will be on a Monday - Friday Rota basis

**Salary**: £10.92 per hour
