We are currently working with a provider of Health And Social Care supporting people across the Gateshead and Newcastle Cramlington Northumberland

We are looking for Residential Healthcare and Support staff must have and 6 months paid experience as Support or Healthcare workers

Also

Support worker to work alongside vulnerable customers who possess a diverse range of complex needs including Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health needs to enable them to engage within the community, develop skills and enhance their quality of life.

Within our clients supported living services and Residential care homes and support services you will provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Elderly and frail Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs.

The right Individual should have 6 months care experience in the last 2 years. You should also be a dynamic, motivated person with a real caring instinct. Support Workers should be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome for people we support.

The job is extremely rewarding and in return we offer:
From £11.60 to £23.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 33 per week

**Salary**: From £11.86 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
