Area Countryside Officer

Job Introduction Northumberland County Council's Countryside and Green Spaces Team are looking to recruit an Area Countryside Officer to deal with issues relating to Public Rights of Way and public access in central Northumberland. Applicants should have experience in the management of Public Rights of Way and access land, excellent map reading skills, must be willing to work outdoors in all weathers and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people. This position is fixed term for 18 months; working from home arrangements and flexible hours apply. Applicants are expected to use their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement available.
