**Job Title: Customer Care Representative**

**Reporting to: General Manager / Customer Care Manager**

**Department: Woodside Distribution**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday**

**Hours of work**:Week 1 - 0700-1500 / Week 2 - 1000-1800**

**Work Location: On site at our Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure**

**The Role**:

- Working with our existing Customer Care team, being the initial point of contact for our customers and partners.
- To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Care to ensure all goods delivered within the required transit, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
- Working in fast-paced environment with various areas of the role involving supporting the operation of the business, as well as customer care.
- To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.

- Full training will be provided along with continued support from the team.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service to both customers and colleagues alike

**Essential criteria**
- 1 years previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment dealing with large volume of calls and administrative duties
