FirstTravelSolutions is looking for ComplianceAdministrator to join their team in Accrington on a full time, permanent basis.

**About the role**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- Raising required case reports
- Inputting complaint details into relevant tracker log
- Allocating cases to relevant operations managers
- Updating GTI product/tracking notes
- Organise and close open cases in a timely manner, ensuring Operations managers are on schedule
- Admin of the case admin appendix
- Note taking
- Prioritise workload to ensure that urgent issues are dealt with on a priority basis.
- To be flexible in the duties you carry out, which may vary from time to time depending on the needs of the business and your team.

- Excellent organisationalskills and ability to work to deadlines
- An investigative and thorough mind set
- Common sense and logical approach to assessing different scenarios
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to workindependently and as part of a team
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages and using databases
- An understanding of PSV industry legislation, including drivers' hours rules / knowledge of local authority for taxi provision would be advantageous.

**Experience**
- Appropriate customer serviceenvironmentwithparticular focus on communicatingwithoperators both PSV and Taxi.
- A background in transport / logistics again would be advantageous.
- Customer service experience and professional call handling skills
- Managing and prioritising workflow to achieve optimal performance
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
