**Trainee Lecturer in Science**

**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus funded teaching qualification

**Location**: Tresham College, with campuses in Kettering, Corby, and Wellingborough.

**About the Role**

Tresham College, part of The Bedford College Group, is seeking a passionate and innovative Science teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone dedicated to teaching students aged 16-19 within a Further Education (FE) setting, focusing on practical, interactive learning that prepares students for their next steps in education or employment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that engage and motivate students aged 16-19.
- Support students in their academic progress, providing constructive feedback and additional help as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of our student body.

**About You**
- A willingness to gain a teaching qualification whilst in employment with us, funded by TBCG.
- A strong understanding of the Further Education sector and the ability to engage young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
