We're looking for a new Buying Administrator to join our buying team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will be accountable for the day to day Buying support and regular administration required to deliver the sourcing strategy. Supporting the Buyers and the wider team on delivery the commercial new product development plan.

oCoordination and maintenance of product data, prices, and promotions and in doing so support the Buyer to create high quality and inspirational product ranges.
oAccountable for the product set-up process to ensure accuracy in all Dreams Systems and protect launch dates
oWork closely with Dreams Quality function to always support delivery of high quality ethically sourced product.
oOwn supplier set up acting as a point of contact liaising with third party suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
oProvide analysis and preparatory support to Buying team with supplier management / negotiations to improve Dreams net terms; intake cost price, payment days, rebate, OTIF and returns agreements.
oOrganise product for display purpose at roadshows and conferences events.

oBuying administration experience, ideally within Retail or graduate level education.

oAbility to understand and interpret market trends.
oProficient in Excel / PowerPoint is preferable
