**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Xero is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A friendly disposition with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Full UK driving license.
