Ideally you will have prior experience in a branch environment, however we at Tileflair consider your potential and willingness to do a good job is more important than your past work experience. What we are really interested in is the kind of person youare and your ability to make a great first impression and put people at ease so that you can deliver a great customer service experience.. In return you will receive on the job training in a role that will see you undertaking a wide variety of tasks, in a friendly, team orientated and supportive environment where you will be valued for your contribution.
