The business has exceptional energy modelling capability, which has supported a range of programmes from energy transition to EV demand forecasting, and the development of economy-wide decarbonisation pathways.

If you’re a project focused analytics professional or management consultant with energy & sustainability industry experience this could be a great opportunity.

**Selection of skills & experience**:

- Track record working in a data led project environment, driving activities, guiding data engineers & analysts, updating stakeholders and managing project risk (whilst still contributing to hands on data analytics)
- Experience within a relevant energy systems / energy transition modelling orientated role, ideally having worked with low carbon, energy demand and sustainability type data
- Experience in energy system modelling, macro-economic modelling a theoretical and practical understanding of optimisation and other Operations Research techniques that can be applied to long term system modelling.
- The ability to use modelling to deliver analysis, with an attention to detail to ensure high quality.
- Experience in using a variety of software tools and packages for modelling and data analysis, which could include some of Python
- Commercial understanding of the data landscape that underpins such energy and decarbonisation
- Experience delivering project insight through leading data visualisation tools: Power BI | Tableau
