PalletUK is a logistics company that provides delivery drivers to some of the Europe’s 2nd largest parcel delivery companies.

We are currently looking for multi drop delivery drivers in Hinckley (and Milton Keynes) and surrounding areas for DPD.

Full paid training as well as uniform will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a set number of parcels (all shapes & sizes) from a pre-planned route out of a van to our customers.
- Drivers will have a varied number of parcels each day, dependant on driver more parcels are planned according to capability

Job requirements:

- Must have safety boots or shoes and hi-vis.
- Held your UK Driving License for at least 2 years.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your Driving Licence and no IN10 or DR10 endorsement.
- No criminal convictions, must be able to pass a valid DBS or need to hold one no less than 3 months old.
- Driving experience within a multi drop or multi collection role is preferred.

What you will do:

- Scanning and loading the parcels onto your van.
- Making deliveries to business premises and also to customer's homes.
- Manual lifting & carrying stock to from the vehicle to a customers premises.
- Report delays, accidents or other traffic situations to your shift manager.
- Driving safely whilst obeying all traffic laws and regulations.
- Delivering a friendly and professional service to customers.
- Report all the issues to the shift manager.
- Reporting any mechanical problems of deficiencies with the van.
- Maintaining the delivery vehicles cleanliness both inside and out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.61 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
- driving: 1 year (preferred)
