**What you’ll be doing**
This role is all about data, insight and the customer. Your purpose will be to deliver the insights and understand how to grow profits to enhance customer experience across everything digital.
You’ll instantly see results from your work and with a solid team under you, there is nothing you won’t know about the customer. You’ll work closely with other managers and head of departments to add value across the entire business.
You’ll also be leading the customer insight team to develop the function and the individuals further.
**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Several years’ experience working as an Insights Manager or similar
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and interest of digital consumers
- Experience working in a digital analytics or eCommerce environment
- Experience working with Tableau or PowerBI and SQL
- Background turning ideas into action using insights
- Background in Data and Insights

**What you’ll get in return for your experience **
A base reaching up to £72,000, plus great benefits
Please note that there is a requirement of two days a week in their Bath office.
