**Early Careers Resourcing Specialist - Fixed term Contract, 12 Months**
**Salary range: £35-40k + bonus and benefits**
**Location: Selby, Northampton or Ipswich**

As our Early Careers Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be the jack of all trades - Marketing, Project Management, Sales, Customer Service -skills that you’ll use daily as we continue to drive a direct hire model here in Resourcing a Drax

As the first point of contact for our future employees, our Resourcing team play a vital part in ensuring we find the best talent for our early careers roles, and you’ll use all your experience in Resourcing to ensure that they decide Drax is the place to develop their career.

You’ll be working amongst our lively Resourcing team, where the conversation is varied, the caffeine flows freely, and we work closely together to ensure the teams’ reputation continues to grow

**About the role**
As the early careers resourcing specialist, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment cycles for early careers roles across the business as well as our volume hiring in our customer business area.

A key part of the role will be focusing on how we select talent, looking at assessing trainability and attitude, not just skills and experience.

**About you**
You’ll need experience in running hiring programmes at pace, and experience being involved in early careers/student hiring cycles. You'll need to have a passion for delivering high quality service and be excellent at organising and coordinating people and processes. DE&I will be a big driver in how you design your recruitment processes ensuring we run fair and inclusive processes to bring great talent into the business.

You’ll have confidence in your experience and knowledge of recruitment to enable you to influence and change how we attract and hire these types of roles.
