The Croft Care Home is a dedicated residential care facility that provides compassionate support to 30 male and female residents. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our residents by assisting them with personal care and all aspects of daily living.

**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents in daily living activities, support with food and fluid.
- Maintain accurate records of care plans and resident progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Help create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English to interact with residents and staff effectively.
- Experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- A compassionate attitude towards caring for others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
