**Optimization Executive**

**London - 1 day a week in the office**

Are you looking to work in a fast-growing company with lots of growth opportunities? In a collaborative, down to earth and fun team. You will be responsible for helping the company expand and grow. You will get a lot of responsibility for a role at thislevel.

**The Company**

A large well knows retailer is looking to expand on the revenue increase that it has seen throughout the pandemic. It will be expanding the number of counties it has an online presence in. You will come in at ground level and help with this and get the chanceto progress and learn from some of the best in the business.

**The Role**

You will look at conversion rates between platforms and maximize the opportunity that occurs because of this conversion. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to maximize the customer acquisition You will:

- Identify root causes or worsening engagement rates using Google analytics and help solve these issues via A/B testing and Google optimization.
- Maximize the revenue stream from customers.
- Track the value added by UX improvements.
- Develop optimal templates for personalized messaging to increase customer frequency and engagement.

**Your skills and experience**

The successful customer conversion analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Google Analytics
- Google optimize
- A/B testing and Multivariate testing experience
