Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**
The Care Co-coordinator role is to support senior management and the care team from the office in the day to day running of the business.
You will be predominantly office based with the experience and ability to work in the community when required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Some of your main duties will include:
- Assisting with rotas and covering care visits.
- Keeping accurate records of sickness.
- Co-ordinating our care team and providing support
- Ensuring our clients are receiving the highest level of person centred care
- Supporting management team with supervisions
- Take part in the on-call rota this is on a rota basis and paid in addition
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Driving license with use of own vehicle.
- NVQ/QCF level 3 in health and social care (adult pathway) or working towards this
- To be flexible and available every other weekend
- Experience in care co-ordinator role
- Experience in domiciliary care
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good level of IT skills with MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly as the service requires
- Ability to work unsupervised following the correct policies and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
