This job is based in Benelux area. The employer specializes in custom machine construction, lathing and milling, steel and stainless steel plate construction and complex piping. Certified welding, engineering, 3D laser measurements and complete automation projects. TASKS DESCRIPTION You work on special steel constructions for projects in industry, infrastructure or offshore. You are responsible for setting up, programming, operating and maintaining a CNC milling machine. You are responsible for the accurate placement of the workpiece, taking into account the nature of the operations, the program and the wear of the tools (milling, drilling chisels) PROFILE - You have 4 - 5 years of experience working in a technical environment and have knowledge of large milling machine (Correa, Skoda, Mekof..) with as X axis e.g. 8000mm, Y axis 1500mm and Z axis 3000mm. Our Correa milling machine has a Heidenhain 640, 460 control. - You know which tools to choose and how to set them up. - You can interpret technical drawings. - You can organize and perform your tasks independently. - You are an enthusiastic team player who constantly strives for quality. - An operator makes his own set-ups of the workpiece, machining sequence, programming and back set-up tear down and piece deburring. Of course everything in consultation with the team leader. In the speak language of milling, we called it programming but we should not think of it as what an IT does. It is about entering the right instructions so that the machine performs the right actions. - Have a good knowledge of English (B2 or higher) CONDITIONS Regular hours per week hours 39h/week Paycheck Monthly Gross salary /month +/- 3350€ Net salary/month +/- 2100€ Mealvouchers Yes 8€/working day = +/-176€/month Hospitalisation Yes Group insurance Shift allowance No Overtime Yes How is overtime paid? 150% HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION - The employer pays for the first 3 months of housing. The employee is obliged to pay tax on "free housing". The amount depends on the price of the flat. The amount of tax is much lower than the actual cost of accommodation. We assume that this will be between € 300-500 per month. - The employee has 3 months to find his own accommodation. The total cost of renting a flat falls on the employee after 3 months. - Own car - needed or willing to ride a bike. - The cost of the travel to EU is paid by the employee. NON EU CANDIDATES - Workers from outside the European Union are obliged to cover the costs of issuing a police clearance certificate, medical examination, legalization and translation of documents themselves.
