**Job Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and fast-growing company as Supply Chain Coordinator.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work effectively between departments and with external stakeholders.

They will be expected to be forward thinking and be capable of looking for opportunities to improve current ways of working. It’s a fast-paced job and requirements are often time critical therefore an appreciation of urgency is essential.

The role requires the individual to work closely with the Sales & Production teams to ensure we maintain lead times and fulfil customer demands.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee all raw material requirements and orders, and work closely with the production planner to ensure a smooth and seamless production plan.

**Key Duties**:

- Daily management of the supply chain, all daily raw material and tooling requirements.
- Understand lead-times from our suppliers to enable timely delivery of raw materials to meet customer demands, and planning schedule.
- Liaise with and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Carry out forecasting of all raw materials with a view to achieve consistent and timely delivery of all component’s requirements.
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Manage inbound logistics
- Update various reports to provide business management information to senior management.
- Work with accounts to understand and resolve invoice queries.
- Manage the supplier returns/complaint process.
- Work closely along-side the production planner to ensure all raw materials/tooling etc. arrive in time for the production schedule.
- Continuously strive to minimise overstocks whilst maintaining a productive and fast-moving plan.
- Professional and personable manner, outgoing and friendly
- Able to work under pressure and to timescales
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organised and focused with good attention to detail is essential.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
- Pursues work proactively with drive and suggests ways to improve processes to fulfil the department's need.
- Ability to adapts to varying work situations and is flexible in the approach to resolving challenges.
- Good spoken and written English with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders internally and externally.

**Salary**: £28k-30k

**Working Hours**: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday (office based)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
