**Job Purpose**
Talent Solutions has identified the need for a Programme Project Manager to be responsible for the service line Remedy (Query Resolution), project management, and continuous improvement delivery of TAPFIN managed service solutions to a specific client. Theywill be responsible for supporting the Programme Director and Team to deliver a service driven, continuous improvement culture, ensuring projects are managed and delivered on time. They will report to the Programme Director.

The Programme Project Manager is responsible in ensuring continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported, fostering innovation to challenge the norm. They are responsible for the day to day framework and compliance of the recruitment process,policies, procedures and ensuring best practices are adhered too.
The Programme Project Manager will engage with key stakeholders to map out processes and business demand and proactively design, plan and implement appropriate solutions to meet stakeholder needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Managing and delivering Projects on time, including:

- Develop, tailor and manage detailed project plans for the implementation of projects to ensure the achievement of the implementation targets.
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple client projects of varying complexity.
- Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the project delivery phase of a solution
- Support the co-ordination of the testing / implementation of client solutions prior to delivery, and/or any Fieldglass updates.

**Responsible for Project Reporting including**:

- Producing client highlight reporting, identifying risks and issues.
- Producing client project plans and produce reporting against progress.
- Provide commentary on performance including identification of any risks/issues/areas for improvement and implementing recovery plans where key targets are not being met.
- Responsible for annual operational projects such as end of year extensions, program survey for Managers, Supplier and workers, rate review etc.
- Analyse and document customer current-state processes and procedures, perform gap analysis based upon standard process and procedures and recommend future-state customer processes and procedures (Assessment Questionnaires, Visio process maps, and To-BePowerPoint presentation creation).
- Producing and maintaining project plans, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
- Perform Program Office/ Back-office workflow analysis to identify and document changes to all operational process and procedures needed to support the customer.
- Support in the client review data gathering and slide completion on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Other duties/ projects to be determined.

**Communication Management**
- Responsible for drafting and issuing communications regarding operational changes and projects to PMO, suppliers and managers (i.e. supplier guidance, AWR, year end assignment end date updates etc)
- Utilises management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organisation and planning
- Attend management, client and project calls to support the success of the Programme.
- Demonstrate full understanding of the solution requirements and implementation phases and time scales
- Act as a conduit between the client, Sales, Operational and back office functions to resolve client problems, risks and issues

**Essential Key skills and experience**
- Client orientated with a dynamic and logical approach to fulfilling requirements.

- Understanding of recruiting SLA's and KPIs and experience in driving a team to achieve.

- Strong understanding of the temporary worker models and legislation

**Technical Skill Requirements**
- Vendor Management Systems (VMS) - preferably Fieldglass - ability to extract data and analyse information
- Microsoft Office experience required - must have medium to advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-look ups, formulas - minimum level expected)
