**Job Title: Dual Service Officer**

**Location: Quedam Shopping Centre**

**Pay Rate: £9.88 per hour**

**Hours: 4 on 4 off, average 42 per week, 05:30-17:30, 09:00-22:00**

As a Dual Service Operative, you will carry out a variety of cleaning and security tasks; safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Covering the Security and Cleaning services on site
- Cleaning tasks include emptying bins, litter picking and cleaning toilets
- Using cleaning equipment and machinery and handling chemicals
- Security tasks include patrolling of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Performing regular health and safety checks
- Regular and accurate report writing for management
- Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
- Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times

**As a Dual Service Operative, you will need**:

- Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification
