**Salary**: £34,000 per year (Inc guaranteed Service Charge)
We are working with an exciting new Restaurant set inside a fresh, visually stunning Hotel in the Kings Cross area. Soon to open, this Modern Italian eatery will be offering all day fresh and delicious meals to the ever-busy Kings Cross area.
The Pasta Chef De Partie will be working in a new team under the guidance of a renowned Executive Chef. The environment is calm and creative and will have a heavy focus on artisan pastas and grills.
You should be passionate about Modern fresh Italian Cuisine. The successful Pasta Chef De Partie will be working in an A la Carte casual dinning team making fresh Pasta in front of dinners or serving vibrant Pasta dishes.
The Pasta Chef De Partie's Salary will be £34,000 per year (Inc guaranteed Service Charge) plus paid overtime above your 48 hour contracted hours. The Pasta Chef De Partie will have at least 2 years in fresh pasta making. Having worked in a high-volume operationis essential to be considered for the position as well as having a strong command of Italian cuisine/ingredients and concept, helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus and ensuring standards are met as well as following food hygiene& health and safety rules.
