Key Responsibilities
- Collation and analysis of Risk Registers and ensuring continuous improvement in the Enterprise Risk Management process.
- Review and update current ISO Integrated Management (IMS), quality, environment and information security procedural guidelines
- Planning, conducting and assessing processes undertaken to ensure compliance
- Collect and compile statistical data
- Produce monthly quality dashboard from a number of internal/external sources
- Improve, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions for non-compliant activities
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Perform Internal Auditing and Scheduling
- Able to create improvement plans and communicate with team across the IMS
- Contribute to the creation, development and maintenance of client security assurance function

Technical Skills
- Experience as an ISO Auditor Experience in interpreting ISO policy and standards within the context of software development, client support and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Good working knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 9000

Soft Skills
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to develop good working relationships, internal as well as external, as a client facing role requires
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
