An experienced analytics professional is required to play a lead role supporting the Head of Insight with the delivery of a range of meaningful customer and market insight initiatives aimed at improving customer experience whilst supporting ongoing customerorientated process improvement.

Excellent research & analytical capabilities are essentials, you'll be tasked with owning high-profile research projects collating, assimilating and analysing data to drive customer, market and competitor intelligence.

Selection of responsibilities:

- Play a lead role in developing customer & market analysis, research & insight capability to support business planning, change and transformation
- Consistently identify best practices and new opportunities for evolving insight projects
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and design effective and efficient research solutions
- Present meaningful insights to internal stakeholders and ensure insight is being used to inform and support business
- Fully understand and map customer needs to support new market opportunities and product launches
- Ownership of customer satisfaction-based reporting and targeted deep dive analysis to support short
- & long-term strategy setting.
- Interrogate internal & external market data & customer trends, producing relevant reports and showcasing data in meaningful format.

Selection of skills:

- Comprehensive analytical skills, experience assimilating, and interrogating customer and marketing centric data
- Demonstrable experience delivering actionable Insight within a customer centric business environment
- Extensive customer / market research experience gained from industry or agency environment
- Exceptional analytical and influencing skills to translate insight into action
- A natural collaborator, confident presenting to and working with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, self-starter, motivated approach to project work
- Experience of using data and insight to generate commercial actions.
- Working knowledge or familiarity with business intelligence tools, ideally Power BI

Remuneration £40,000 - £48,000 base salary + benefits.

Flexible working, combined office work & home working.
