**HS Data & Admin Administrator**

We are currently looking for a Data and Admin Administrator to join our NHS team at our Outstanding hospital (CQC rated).

The Data and Admin Administrator will be involved in all areas of administration throughout an NHS patient’s pathway at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital. This includes registering patients, gathering further patient information, supporting clinic admin, liaising with NHS Trusts and CCG’s and consultant engagement, amongst other responsibilities.

Our aim is to deliver a high-quality experience for the customer, ensuring we provide timely consultation and treatment for our NHS patients and continue to support the NHS in their recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The ideal applicant should:

- Have good admin experience
- Be organised and able to prioritise and manage a changing workload
- Be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills gained within a customer service environment
- Be used to working across teams and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, alongside colleagues from other organisations
- Have good IT skills and be comfortable learning and using a range of systems
- Be able to work as part of a small team, but also able to work independently when required

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital has been inspected and rated as Outstanding by the CQC. We are the only hospital in the local area to have achieved this (private or NHS).

Our purpose-built hospital, deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialties involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 ensuite patient bedrooms, an 8 bed critical care unit and 6 theatres. These facilities, and high standards of care, make us a leading providers of private healthcare in the area. Our staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive, headed by a caring and effective management team. We’re close to the city centre, and easily accessible on bus routes and central railway station.
