**Recruitment Specialist - **Inside IR35**

**Contract Term: 12 Months**

**Contracting Authority: Sellafield**

**Location: Cumbria, Lillyhall - 3 days in the office**

**As a Recruitment Specialist**your main responsibilities would be**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and job specifications tailored to Sellafield Ltd.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
- Provide event management and support to Sellafield Ltd.'s brand attraction work.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry standards, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process at Sellafield Ltd.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations within the nuclear industry.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- GCSE - c - a* or Degree - Math, It, Science, IT.
- CIPD (Desirable)
- Being able to deliver Market Intelligence
- Build a talent pool
- Create adverts
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ideally have a technical background
- Have worked with DNI (diversity and inclusion)
- The use of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Support careers page and content pages
- Must have great communication skills - oral and verbal
- Ideally been in recruitment for more than 5 years.
- Ability to retrieve and manipulate data
- Use of Horsefly (Desirable)
