We are looking for a qualified team leader to join our E-commerce despatch team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills will be excellent. You will be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you will lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

**Responsibilities**

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Set clear team goals

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Taking delivery of goods and ensuring the booking in and transporting of stock is correct.

Communicating information regarding damages/returns and stock rotation to management so that appropriate action can be taken.

Give regular feedback to the warehouse management regarding any areas of concern and suggested actions

Maintain high levels of procedures within the department and ensure these are passed on to the team.

In the absence of the dispatch manager and supervisor, to lead and take full responsibility for all aspects of the department

Suggest and organize team building activities

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

Knowledge of performance metrics

Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Decision-making skills

Versatility using different systems essential

Experience in management or leading a team is vital.

The full-time position is for 42.5 hours per week, the store is open 7 days a week, the rotas are 5 over 7 days over 2 shift patterns 6am-3pm/2pm-11pm

A driving license essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
