On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Pension Administrator for a 3-6 Month contract based remotely, offices are in Preston.

**Purpose of the Role**

**This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pensions Administrator with excellent administration skills and experience. In addition to the office administration tasks you will also be working with clients on a day to day basis, assisting / supporting themwith highly confidential queries regarding pension administration.**

**As a Pension Administrator you will be responsible for**:

- Provision of administration service to customers as per Service Level Agreements
- Monitoring and logging incoming work requests
- High Volume of retirement quotes to complete
- Assignment quotations
- Maintenance of up to date filing and records for department, checking the integrity of customer data
- Processing of a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures
- Drafting of correspondence in response to customer enquiries
- Inputting customer details and accesses customer information
- Collating and analysing data and produces routine reports, schedules and summaries in order to update customer records, resolves customer queries
- Pensions Administration background
- Knowledge of redundancy and retirement pension processes
- Worked with high volume
- Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures
- Superior communication skills: written and oral
- Financial services background
- Microsoft packages - Excel, word, PowerPoint
