**The role**

A brand new vacancy has arisen for a conscientious Goods In Office Supervisor to take responsibility for an efficient and accurate goods in and stock control system. Opportunities will be available to develop your organisational skills and demonstrate your strong attention to detail, as you ensure margins set by Department Managers are maintained and any issues are promptly reported to the Management team.

**Key responsibilities**

**(including but not limited to)**
- Load purchase orders, new products and process deliveries on EPOS system
- Process invoices and record credit notes
- Lead stock taking on the shop floor
- Assist with pricing of goods
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Train Admin Assistants on our back office system
- Carry out weekly stock adjustments from wastage reports
- Thrives in a retail-oriented environment with the means to adapt in a constantly evolving workplace
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Positive and conscientious attitude towards Customer Service
- Able to deal with queries/complaints politely and knowledgeably
- Willing to learn and demonstrate a good knowledge of products and services available
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise own workload
- Numerate, analytical and computer literate
- Flexible approach to teamwork and a desire to promote team spirit both within your department and the Farm as a whole

**Shift pattern**

Part-time

3 - 4 days per week

Between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm

Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

Today, 65 years later, we have created a bustling rural hub consisting of our award-winning Farm Shop, Gift Barn, family adventure trail, fishing lakes, seasonal pumpkin picking, event venue, state-of-the-art Butchery, Garden Centre and Garden Room Café. In addition to these activities, are the products and services provided by our valued tenants; local independent businesses who play a huge part in contributing to the unique atmosphere on the farm. The site welcomes some one million customers each year who appreciate the excellent service and quality we guarantee.
