Construction Administrator

Contract Scotland has an urgent requirement for an experienced Plant Hire Administrator to join our client based in the Thornliebank area of Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with an established and successful business.
Working in this construction business you will be supporting the Plant Department where duties will include:
- Taking calls from site-based operatives regarding plant requirement for the sites
- Liaising with various plant hire companies to ensure that the sites requirements are fulfilled
- Processing orders, on hires and off hires on internal system
- Updating and maintaining associated spreadsheets and records
You will ideally have experience of working within the construction industry and will have a working knowledge of Plant. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential and experience of using Eque2 would also be beneficial but full training will be provided.
This role is office based and the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.
