Now is an exciting time to join Dreams, the UK's number one specialist bed retailer. We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our fantastic store based in Gravesend
Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working in store you will be responsible for managing a team of retail colleagues and be accountable for overall store performance. You must work with your team to ensuring that all our customers have an exceptionalcustomer journey whilst they shop in store. With the backing of our industry leading Sleepmatch technology, and talented retail colleagues, you work to ensure every customer finds their 'great night's sleep' in store. Strong leadership and determination arekey. You must be able to lead by example and keep the team both motivated and supported in maintain their drive to hit both individual and store targets.
You should have your own personal ambition to succeed but have a passion to support and coach others to achieve their own personal ambitions.
Previous management experience is essential as well as experience of working towards KPIs and sales targets.
We will offer you a base salary together with uncapped earning potential based on your sales performance as (salary advertised is expected OTE - on target earnings)

Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
