Job description:
**Recruitment Resourcer**

**Manchester - Hybrid (2 office days p/w)**

We are looking for a Resourcer to join our UK recruitment team in attracting a dynamic and diverse mix of talent that will enable Bureau Veritas to deliver our ongoing growth strategy.

You will also provide administrative support to the wider recruitment and onboarding team and have the opportunity to support with some exciting resourcing projects. You will also act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Bureau Veritas values and promotingour culture and reputation.

**Key responsibilities**
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Work closely with the Recruitment Partners in the preparation of job descriptions and job adverts
- Ensure the best use of Social Media to attract talent to the business and increase awareness of our employer brand
- Contribute to building the Employer Brand and related activities to drive recognition in the employment market
- Support on ensuring all relevant trackers are kept updated
- Liaise with the wider HR and IT teams regarding onboarding of new hires
- Support the team on new and existing recruitment initiatives e.g. graduate schemes, armed forces career events
- Support on recruitment internal communications

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a proven track record in sourcing. You will be familiar with sourcing tools such as job boards, LinkedIn recruitment and ATS systems. You will need excellent organisation skills with the abilityto manage competing priorities and strong communication skills.
