We are looking for a **Product Data Assistant**to join our team, based at our office in **Slough**. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent** basis and in return will receive a **salary of £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.**

Furniture Village is a the largest privately owned furniture business in the UK and two of the family actively lead the business on a day-to-day basis. It is a fast-moving business based in Slough with 54 stores around the country, 10 regional distributionCentres and a National Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. It has a successful E-commerce business and is actively pursuing an omni-channel strategy.

The **Product Data Assistant**is responsible for creating and maintain product codes and related information held on various databases.Promotion changes in the ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.Provide support for all stores andeCommerce in all product related matters.

**Key Responsibilities and results of our Product Data Assistant**:

- Ongoing maintenance including price changes and promotional offers
- Management of ‘business wide’ voucher codes
- Management of promotion ‘switches’ including promotional offers
- Creation of new price ticket data, for store ticket distribution, in time with promotional launch
- Categorisation of stock and creation of clearance tickets for discontinued ranges
- Investigation and resolution of invoice pricing queries, liaising with RBT/suppliers where applicable
- Clearance O and E stock management, and assistance in G stock management
