Working in a busy administration team for a world-leading auctioneer you will be responsible for:

- Processing information in keeping with deadlines.
- Oversee all administration
- Ensure stock inventory is accurately processed and received within auction deadlines.
- Obtain and record all vehicle registration documents.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Resolving all queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with global Auction Credit Control across multiple currencies.
- Organise auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience in a busy office environment
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including English and Maths
- Customer-driven with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Good level of IT skills
- A valid Passport
