Waiting Staff

We are looking for an experienced and competent waiting staff to come and aid our team in providing an exceptional experience for our diners and support the management in improving standards and implimenting service proceedures.

Who are we?

We are the oldest alehouse in the country providing classic british dishes done well and warm grandmothers feel to hospitality. We welcome over 2000 guests a week and have seasonally changing menus along with complete freehold access to our beverage offering (meaning we can buy whatever we want)

Who we are looking for

You will need to have a strong knowledge of food and beverage with a passion for hospitality. Be fluent in the english language with second language being extremely benificial.

You must be punctual and hard working while still being relaxed enough to have all of our guests feel comfortable and enjoy working with the team.

Due to the location of the venue and the late finishes (never after midnight) **having your own transport is paramount.**

What we offer

We are ideally looking for someone with a fine dining background looking to broaden their CV with some high volume work. We can happily offer trainnig and development such as WSET or CMS sponsorship for wine enthusiasts or GSS, Master Inn holders ect aid for thoughs looking to become exceptional FoH managers.

With a competitive salary and a chance to work with some industry leading professionals we also offer great chances for development with plenty of financial incentive schemes also.

All tips go to the team and usually add about £3 per hour worked onto your salary which can be up to £13.50 with possibility to go higher after successful probation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
