Each event provides attendees with an environment in which they can increase their knowledge of the sector, while strengthening relationships with their peers.

**The job.

**The Responsibilities.
**Program Development and Execution
- Develop innovative multi-day conference programs using industry research to identify potential topics, current trends, and possible speakers
- Cultivate strong long-term relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, associations, speakers, and others to ensure that our programs feature high quality, innovative, influential, and relevant speakers
- Act as the primary point of contact for speaker sourcing, selection, and management
- Collaborate with the commercial team to integrate sponsors effectively into the agenda in order to hit revenue goals
- Review and implement feedback from conference surveys and attendee feedback to consistently exceed expectations and improve the quality of the conference content
- Support the creation and development of new events (geo-cloned or in new markets)
- Assist with creating the messaging and marketing materials to inform prospective and current attendees about conferences themes, topics and networking opportunities
- Travel to select annual events, serving as the primary contact overseeing all aspects of the conference programming and management of the speaker faculty
- Act as the moderator for select events as well, introducing speakers, panelists and additional moderators

**Content Creation**
- Analyze and identify key industry trends to deliver engaging, customer-centric content on a regular basis to keep the brand top of mind between Summits
- Contribute to content such as webinars, industry alerts, and original thought leadership
- Act as the moderator for select virtual events, including facilitating Q&A with the audience

**The requirements.**
- 5+ years of experience in conference/event production and/or journalism, ideally within private equity or an adjacent financial sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent project management skills
- Fully competent in Microsoft office
- Strategic thinker who is passionate, energetic and inquisitive
- Deadline-driven
- Creative, innovative and collaborative
